Dr. Tangner enjoys his family, catch and release fly fishing, bible
study, running, biking and his two Border Collies, Blaze and Calli.
Dr. Susan Streeter graduated from The Ohio State University College of
Veterinary Medicine in 1990. She went to Michigan State University
for a rotating internship, followed by a surgical internship in Cincinnati,
Ohio. She completed a 3-year residency in small animal surgery at
the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Illinois in
1995. After two years in private surgical referral practice in Ohio,
she moved to Oklahoma when she married Dr. Bob Streeter. The Streeters
now enjoy living in Stillwater with their children, Elizabeth and
Thomas, and their cat, Alley.
Dr. Streeter is a diplomate the American College of Veterinary
Surgeons. She has a special interest in orthopedic conditions in dogs
and cats, and in neurology. She also performs general soft tissue
surgery.
Jim Nordquist attended the University of Wyoming.
He has over 30 years experience in Management and has managed for
some of the largest retail corporations in the country. He is a
former small business owner who enjoys becoming involved in his
community. He is married to Regina his wife of 30 years and has
two sons; Brice and Chase. His family has two Boston
Terriers. He takes pleasure in spending time with his family,
attending church, watching sports, camping and outdoor activities.
Christa
Davis has worked at VSC since July 1986 when the practice opened.
She was awarded the Oklahoma Veterinary Technician of the year in
2003. She was asked to lecture Japanese Tech students in Hawaii in
2004. She enjoys traveling with her husband on their Harley and spending
time hunting fossils with her son.
Juli Alan lives in Guthrie, Oklahoma. She has an A.S. in Veterinary
Technology and a B.S. in Biology. Her interests are in anesthesia
and pain management and has been a technician since 1988. She seem to
collect animals and has seven dogs, three cats, three goats, two sheep,
a horse, miniature donkey, several fish and a husband.
Carla Larson
has worked at Veterinary Surgery Center since November 1998. She graduated
from MSC@ OSU/OKC in 1998. She has a dog and a cat and enjoys spending
free time with family and friends.
Stephanie
Pedry obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Oklahoma
State University. She has been employed at Veterinary Surgery Center
as a surgery technician since 1998. Prior to coming to VSC, Stephanie
worked at an equine surgery practice, as well as OSU's Special Medicine
Laboratory. Stephanie's interests include assisting with surgery and
post-operative physical therapy. This year Stephanie will complete
certification in canine rehabilitation/physical therapy from the
University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Stephanie enjoys spending time
with her husband and two cats.
Danielle
Silver-Bizal has worked at VSC since June 2004 as a receptionist/medical
transcriptionist. She is married to Rod, mother of three children
Sydney, Harlie and Blake and has two cats and a dog. She enjoys cooking,
softball and spending time with her children.
