APPOINTMENTS AND FEES

Our services are offered on a referral basis, and for all cases referred we welcome discussion with the family veterinarian. We ask prior to any appointment at our facility, that the client is provided with all pertinent medical records, laboratory findings, and radiographs or that this important information be sent to us before the scheduled appointment. In addition, we request that patients be fasted the day of the initial consultation. This allows clients the option to pursue further diagnostics or surgery in a safe and timely manner.

Before we admit a patient for diagnostics or surgery, we do require a substantial deposit quoted in an itemized written estimate. Created at the time of the initial consultation, this estimate will allow you to be fully informed of charges before treatment is provided. This avoids any potential anxiety that undetermined costs can bring to an already stressful situation.

It is our policy that payment in full is due when each patient is discharged. VSC accepts checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, because we understand that veterinary expenditures are often unplanned, we make available Care Credit, a convenient payment plan that offers programs to spread payment out for up to 4 years at competitive interest rates.
